Animation yesterday, digital drawing today. I am on a roll!
Anyway, I wanted to do some kind of background for this one 'cause I thought it would look pretty dull without it. I'm not even sure how I made this... I just kinda... drew something xD? I've never drawn a background this way before and it was actually kind of fun to make. Might do more of those smudgy things in the future^^
Hope you like awesome superhero Prussia saving his precious Hungary xD! How did he make that poster?... The answer is Photoshop... LOOL! There's your story xD

Just did some quick changes. After reading
's critique for this pic, I realized the effects I used were really poor and they totally ruined his suit. Therefore I changed them. I made the effects less shading/darkening so you can see more details and I added some white smoke in the bottom and put a faint orange layer on top of the entire pic. I think it looks better now... But there's still so many mistakes and things that needs to be improved 
... Oh well, I'll leave it like this for now... Might come back someday and change a few things - hopefully for the better xDPeace out!

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI really like the concept of the picture. It's a bit cliche with the hero pulling the girl out of the tragedy, but I love things hat are cliche. The vision of the picture is great, I love the idea. I'm not an amazing artist, but I'll critique what I think could be improved based on perception. I think the man could have a bit more color to him. He's very black and grey, although you may have been trying to do that to add a mysteriousness about him. His expression is very faint, its hard to debate if he's happy or proud or just serious. It contrasts from the girls over joyed look. I like how the background is blurred, it gives the picture depth and it works well. I like the buildings and the sky. One major thing that I think would have made the picture phenomenal is lighting. I think adding some type of lighting source to the characters to show a man coming out of the darkness with a girl in his hand would have been really cool. Overall I like it. It's definitely better than what I can come up with. I just feel like a lot more could be done to take this picture from great to astonishing. Great job!
