This picture is good. I love the shades and how there in the right places like the knees, angles, elbows, hair and gowns. This also makes the characters look more 3D. I like the lightings as well. I like how the animation is chibi, making the picture adorable. I love it.

However, some of the shades aren't blended good enough, making it a bit messy. I notice this around the shades above Prussia's knee, a bit of shade on the bottom edge of the white gown, under Prussia's arm, and so on. Some of the lack of blending isn't noticeable like shade of Prussia on the floor or Germany's/Holy Rome's gown, but some of it is noticeable, especially on Prussia's gown. There's no shade on the cross of Prussia's gown either.

There's small circles, on under each eyebrow at the upper corner of the eyes under the bridge of the nose. My guess is that it's supposed to be a cease shade to make the eyebrows point toward the bridge of the nose, but it looks like some tattoo.

Beyond that, it looks great. Very cute and adorable. Keep up the good work.
